Stop by the offices of OLG, and you might find us storyboarding TV commercials, or designing, developing and launching an orchestra’s website. Another day we may be working on regional economic development initiatives, or figuring out how a band from Sydney might play a cathartic rock & roll show at our favorite venue. (There’s not that much of a difference between the two, by the way.) We do it all with our hearts on our sleeves, and a “just because it hasn’t been done doesn’t mean that it can’t be done” spirit.

Ferocious Quarterly was launched in 2010 as a series of illustration and short fiction journals. We curated artists and writers from all over the world who were making waves and made two issues. 75 folks between the two books gave us pure gold. Gorgeous, offset printed publications. The first was perfect bound, the second was saddle-stitched with a 2-color dust jacket. They’re available via mail-order on our website and in eight local comic shops and bookstores across the country.

Formed in the Winter of 2006 and currently composed of members, Nate Utesch, Andrew McComas, Ty Brinneman and Kyle Steury. The contrast of digital elements along side organic rock arrangements and vintage equipment create the multi-layered compositions that have given the act national attention. Visualizations and archived footage are edited along side each arrangement and videos are projected live. Metavari have shared the stage with many notable acts in their genre such as Unwed Sailor, Maserati, Yndi Halda, Caspian and Early Day Miners, and toured briefly with Lymbyc Systym, This Will Destroy You and El Ten Eleven.
